Most couples book 8–14 months in advance, especially for spring and fall weddings — popular dates tend to fill quickly. If your wedding is sooner, please still reach out; we occasionally have availability and would love to check for you.
Yes — seamless photo & video coverage designed to work together intentionally. Because our team collaborates closely, your timeline, lighting, and storytelling stay aligned, and you receive one cohesive visual story rather than two separate services.
Yes — a 30% deposit after we sign our agreement together. From there, your date is safe and secured with us.
For weddings, photographs are delivered within 8–12 weeks (with same-day sneak peeks) and films within 4–6 months — both created and carefully edited with the utmost intentionality. Engagement and elopement galleries arrive within 2 weeks, also with same-day sneak peeks.
Absolutely. We guide you through building a photo- and film-friendly timeline that protects natural light, minimizes stress, and creates space for meaningful moments — structuring the day so you can be present, not rushed.
Your wedding is too important to leave to chance, so we always have a backup plan. In the rare event of a personal emergency, a trusted team of experienced local photographers and videographers can step in seamlessly — you will never be left without coverage. And if weather turns, we adjust quickly and confidently: rain, overcast skies, or a last-minute move indoors, we're experienced with natural light and off-camera flash to create beautiful images in any environment.
